CMT Assist uses the following tools, acting as subcontractors within the meaning of the GDPR:
Google Workspace - Collaborative suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gemini, NotebookLM), used for managing emails, documents, calendars, anonymizing CVs, profile analysis. The data is located in the EU (for European clients). Retention period according to Google policy (30 days for logs)
Notion Business - Collaborative database, used for storage of unique IDs, candidate tracking, project management. The data is located in the USA (with available EU options) until deleted by CMT Assist.
Mistral AI - Language model (LLM) used for writing documents, text analysis, content generation (excluding CVs). The data is located in the EU and kept for 30 days (automatic deletion)

Relay.app - Workflow automation used to automate administrative tasks (excluding sensitive data processing). The data is located in the USA and stored according to relay.app’s policy.
Purposes of the use of AI
Purposes of the use of AI
AI is used only for the following tasks, under systematic human control:
Administrative management
Help in writing and filing emails (drafts, suggestions).
Creation, layout and improvement of documents (contracts, presentations, reports).
Search for professional information (monitoring, article summaries, ideas for structures).
Recruitment
Anonymization of CVs via Gemini in Google Workspace.
Extraction and synthesis of candidates' skills.
Objective comparison of profiles with job descriptions.
Preparation of interview questions and drafting of standard communications.
Important :
For the recruitment package, a strict anonymization process for resumes is applied before any use of an AI tool.
The AI never makes a final decision (hiring, rejection, sanction). Any decision remains 100% human and documented.

CMT Assist guarantees the following rights for all persons whose data is processed:
Access rights - Provision of a copy of the processed data (excluding anonymized data) - Period of 1 month - Client responsibility (CMT Assist relaye).
Right to rectification - Correction of inaccurate or incomplete data - 1 month delay - Client liability (CMT Assist relaye).
Right to erasure - Deletion of data on request (except for legal retention obligations) - 1 month deadline - CMT Assist liability
Right to object - Refusal of processing for legitimate reasons (e.g. prospecting) - 1 month period - Customer liability
Right of portability - Recovery of data in a structured format (e.g., CSV) - 1 month delay - CMT Assist liability
Right to limitation - Suspension of processing (e.g. in case of dispute) - 1 month period - Customer liability
